So, without any further ado.. Here’s bits and pieces of a fantastically fun Friday!
TGIF… five more days…and I can say it again!! 
I went to Luk Yu Tea House for authentic dim sum in Central with one of my closest and longest friend’s Andrew. who’s in town for a few days… MMMM Some Creamy & Sticky Glutinous Rice Wrap!
This was my favorite… Assorted Vegetables with Crab Roe & Crab Meat! (They were VERY generous with the crab meat!!!)
Then it was off to Hana Sakazuki (future post coming) for some Teppanyaki action in Causeway Bay for Alex’s Birthday Dinner! We situated ourselves in front one of the private teppanyaki rooms…and chomped away.

There was an awesome Tepanyaki Chef slicing and dicing away….hmmmm what do you think!? Part time job!?
Yummmmmmmmmy… Thinly cut Wagyu Beef Rolls (the inside includes fresh green onions and fried garlic chips)… I can’t explain how tasty this is!
But this was the winner for me. I’m usually not a foie gras (鵝肝) girl..But this was AWESOMELY AMAZING. It was creamy, smokin’ hot, and slightly charred and crispy on the outside atop a slightly crispy white piece of toast. GOLDEN.
